Shipping policy

The GLS Europe, the Post NL, or the TNT delivers the ordered products to your door. The delivery time depends on the country, and the details are included in the list below. After your payment we process your order (24 hours) & you'll get a tracking ID for your shipment. Currently not shipping outside Europe, orders from outside Europe won't be processed. 

Shipping time: 

  • 2-7 working days: most of EU member countries
  • 3-8 working days: United Kingdom
  • 6-9 working days: Malta, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
  • 6-10 working days: Non-EU member, but Europe

Shipping costs:

Shipping is free over 60€ orders to EU member countries and to the UK.

  • Shipping costs to the EU are: 13.9 €
    • Exceptions: Slovakia 3 €, Hungary 6 €, 
    • Netherlands 7 €, Germany & Austria 9 €, Poland 10 €
  • Shipping costs to non-EU countries in Europe: 18 €
    • Exceptions: United Kingdom, Switzerland; 13.9 €
    • Non-EU countries have always shipping included.
    • UK: For orders over 135 £, duty will be applied for the customer's cost.
