Green care contains magnesium, an important mineral that contributes to electrolyte balance. Alfalfa leaf, another ingredient found in Green Care, has been shown to help lower cholesterol, and may also have benefits for blood sugar control. People also take it for its high content of antioxidants.

Directions

Take 3-4 tablets daily with water, in between meals.

Effective Alkalising Supplement

I've been using Green Care for a couple of months to help balance my body's pH levels. The inclusion of alfalfa and magnesium is beneficial. I feel more energized and less acidic. The only downside is the large number of tablets per serving.

Good but huge tablets!

I like the idea of this product, dosage is a bit funny. If you don’t mind swallowing tablets, it’s a solid supplement.

Been using Green Care for a few weeks, and I do feel a little more energized. Maybe it’s in my head, but I’ll keep going.
