Ocean 21 is a liquid food supplement made from the flora of the oceans. Ocean 21 contains more than 200 active ingredients that are beneficial for the body. These include; 8 kinds of algae, herbs, vitamins, antioxidants, approximately 60 kinds of minerals, and about 24 amino acids and enzymes.
Sea algae are extraordinarily high in iodine. Iodine is necessary for the production of thyroid gland hormones and is indispensable for the energy production processes of the body.
