Acquarion Filter

This filter is for Calivita's Aquarion water filter and ionizer. 

The filter consists of 5 layers (4 without calcium.) These include:

○ The first mechanical filter to filter out impurities

○ The ultrafine filter which purifies the water of even viruses and bacteria

○ A layer of calcium 

○ A layer of Silver Activated Carbon 

○ Tourmaline

Thanks to Tourmaline, it naturally ionizes the water that comes out of your Aquarion device.

With the "no calcium" option, there will be no added calcium in your water. Some may prefer this over the other simply because there would be less limestone on things like your kettle for example.

Lifespan

The lifespan of each filter will depend on how much water passes through it. Depending on which version of Aquarion you purchase, there is an icon either filling up or emptying like a battery. When filled or empty, it's time to change your filter.
