Cheer up and strap on some roller skates!
Before we set off, #CheerUp was not created as a solution for serious illnesses such as depression. Although it can help for sure, the best place to start with any sort of mood affecting illness is to first check off the basics:
- 8+ hours of sleep
- Drinking enough water
- Regular exercise
- Balanced diet
Alright, so let's get crackin.
Summer is coming, and things are looking rather good... COVID restrictions are slowly being lifted around the world. There is potential this year for things to feel almost normal again during the summer. There is just something in the air.
This summer we're going all out. No time to waste.
If i've learned anything from this friggin' pandemic, it's that I love to be outside. I used to spend entire summers in my bedroom! However, there will be no more of that.
This year the objective is to make sure that I make the most of those precious summer months.
Now, moods and energy levels are going to be high, that's a given. Typically, we don't associate low moods and low energy levels with the warmth and sunshine we experience throughout the summertime. So why would someone need to cheer up?
The Vitalaum team (except Greg) are firm believers in the "double down" philosophy. The double down philosophy goes something like this: "if stuff is going well why not make it go weller?"
