Les bactéries E. coli sont responsables de 90 % des infections urinaires. Une fois qu'elles pénètrent dans les voies urinaires, elles se fixent aux cellules, se multiplient et finissent par provoquer une infection. Des chercheurs ont étudié que le D-mannose agit pour traiter ou prévenir une infection urinaire en empêchant ces bactéries de s'y fixer.
Le D-mannose n'est pas un antibiotique ; il empêche seulement les bactéries d'adhérer aux parois de la vessie et des voies urinaires. C'est pourquoi il est recommandé de le prendre sur une longue période.

I have recently had a recurring UTI which I have had to take 2 courses of antibiotics. This has left me with a level of anxiety about it recurring again. This natural supplement appears to be helping. I find the tablets easy to swallow with no aftertaste. A timely arrival as my wife was currently dealing with a flare up of Cystitis during the past week – something she, at her age 70, has had to deal with on a regular basis in recent years.So she was happy to try these all-natural tablets in the hope that they would help. Although she wasn’t keen on the smell and the size of the tablets. Not the most pleasant experience as they were not the easiest to swallow for her and the yeasty smell was definitely not to her liking. But she persevered. She has been taking 3 tablets throughout each day during the past four days without her usual over-the-counter Cystitis Powders and not drinking her usual cranberry juice to test how effective these new tablets would be on their own.She is not sure if it is simply a case of the previous few days of powders and juice was contributing to the recovery process but she is very pleased that things have cleared up well during the past few days of only taking these new tablets.She hopes that it is the case that these new tablets have been effective and hopes that these new alternative will be her future remedy for alleviating any future Cystitis problems – particularly if they were effective with more severe bouts that often require an antibiotic. But she would prefer a smoother capsule rather than these rugged tablets.
100% satisfied with the product!! I constantly suffer from UTIs. I took like 5 pills a day for a week and I totally got rid of the UTI. I will continue to take it once a day as a precaution, just to be safe and so far I haven’t had any symptoms return.
